Thank you for shopping with La La Lure! We take great care in preparing and shipping your natural products to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during restocks, holidays, or high-demand periods.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using economy and standard shipping options.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Economy Shipping (0–1 lb): $4.90 — 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping (0–1 lb): $6.90 — 3–6 business days

  • Standard Shipping (1–5 lb): $9.90 — 3–6 business days

All orders include tracking. La La Lure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Canada Shipping

We are happy to offer shipping to Canada for our international customers.

  • Standard International (Canada): $15.00 USD

    Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied by your local postal service — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need help, reach out to us at lalalureoffice@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at lalalureoffice@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll review your case and work toward a fair solution.
